Do you provide a shuttle bus service?
Yes, we provide a free shuttle bus to take you from ParkinGO to the Terminal and viceversa.

Is your shuttle bus always available?
Yes, our shuttle bus service is available every 5 minutes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Are the ParkinGO stations always open?
Yes, our ParkinGO stations never close and we are ready to welcome your car at any time and day of the year.

Should I leave you my car keys?

At ParkinGO Fiumicino you park your car in a dedicated space and you keep your keys; at ParkinGO Malpensa, Linate and Verona you leave your car in acceptance and you give your keys to one of our employees: we park your car according to date and hour of your arrival and to speed up collection, we prepare it for your return. 

Should I call you on my arrival?

If you arrive at Malpensa, Fiumicino and Verona, you have to call us at one of the phone numbers you were given the day of your departure. If your arrival is at Linate Airport, you will find our shuttle bus waiting for you at a precise indicated exit in the Arrivals area.

How can I recognize your personnel at the airport?

All our shuttle buses are clearly branded with our logo or eventually one of our Tour Operators; our drivers are instantly recognizable by their ParkinGO uniform and name tags.

Will
I pay extra depending on the size of my car?
Only if your car is considered over size, for e.g. a van or a land rover station wagon.

Are you insured?

Insurance against fire & theft is included in the parking fee.

Must I book the parking in advance?

At ParkinGO Malpensa, Fiumicino and Verona, to book in advance is recomneded, but it is mandatory during high season (July, August, from the 17th December until the 8th January); and as well in ParkinGO Linate during the whole year.

Can I obtain a reduced fee?

Yes, if you exhibit a ParkinGO voucher on arrival; ask at your travel agent!

How can I find the ParkinGO car park?

Click on “HOW TO REACH US” on our homepage and choose the nearest ParkinGO of your convenience.

Can the company I work for come into an agreement which provides additional advantages for myself and my colleagues?

Yes we do offer company discounts which provide specific terms and  conditions for all its employees. For further information, please contact info@parkingo.com.

What is the Car Valet service?
It's an additional service offered to ParkinGO customers, it allows you to drop your car off directly the airport at an indicated  point at the Departures where one of our staff will pick it up and take it to the ParkinGO station.

I’m departing from Malpensa but I will be landing at Linate: how can I get my car back?

We could either bring you back to the ParkinGO car park where you left your car by shuttle bus or we could transfer your car to the airport of arrival or to another ParkinGO, and all at a reasonable price. If you are interested send an email to customer.care@parkingo.com.

Can you service my car whilst I’m away?
On request, our assistance companies could provide internal and external car washing, fuel supply, tyre replacement and servicing.
